We will assist you in finding your new apt. Why utilize an apt locater?

Apts have an application fee ranging from $35.00 to $45.00 which is non-refundable. Apts have an income criteria, each complex is different. Some complexes have rent x 3, some rent x 3.5, some rent x 4, For example rent x 3.5 means on an apt renting for 900.00; you would take 900 x 3.5 which comes to $3,150.00. You would have to make $3,150.00 as gross income to even move into that complex. As an apt locater I am aware of the income guidelines and other criteria of these apt complexes.

We also provide a service which I have been told is awesome! Those clients of ours who put our name down on the rental application (in the 4th box down on the right hand side of page) We offer 1 free day of moving. We will help you carry those boxes, we are on the other side of that heavy couch, we are with you going up and down those stair. You find out whom your friends are on moving day so we are there to help you on moving day. If you don't need/want our help we will give you $50.00 cash on the day you move in for eating out money!
