Never have I had anyone so diligently "follow up" my inquiry as David Kelly. My situation, leading the effort to refinance a church, is not a typical loan process. I have had success with David Kelly as a real estate agent, I am very happy with his services in each transaction. I have used David in 8 transactions. This last transaction I had a house he rented for me within 48 hours for a 2 year lease.

I have to date purchased 7 homes over the past 2-3 years (I'm an investor) utilizing David Kelly which I think my actions speak highly of what I think of David as an agent, and time after time he has negotiated in my behalf for a outstanding price. The purchase price started at $139,000, then dropped to $129,000, then to $124,00 then ended up at $120,000. And I received upgrades such as in ground sprinkler system, garage door openers, window blinds, and ALL appliances. I appreciate David giving up a $3,500 builder bonus payable to him to get done what he did for in our behalf. And David negotiated the builder contributing towards closings costs!! And then David shows up for inspections, and walk thru as we near closing on the house. I utilize one other realtor one time and I came back to David for he is an outstanding Realtor!

I had counseled these clients who went with a "big name" realtor, yet their house stayed on the market for a year without selling; so they contacted me. I didn't tell them what they want to hear just to get a listing. I researched thoroughly the facts and gave the news; the reality of the market place. Because of my mortgage license I can see through the eyes of the lender also. Their words to me were " Thanks David for all of the great information. You are very thorough with all of it and do a great job of giving the actual facts of what is going on in the market. We can't wait to list with you because I am certain you will do a fabulous job. On another note I think we r screwed and we will be there for a long time uggg"

I would like to let everyone know that if you are looking for someone who is there for what's best for you and your family then David Kelly is whom you want!! I referred my sister to him and I was so impressed with how he took it into his hands to look up laws about issues that came up with a purchase of a house my sister was buying. (a utility encroachment-pole was too close to the house) He was willing even to have them walk away from a deal that wasn't best for them. He didn't care about the check/commission; for him it was about them (my sister and her husband) and looking out for their best interest. This is someone that I have known for many years and I know where his heart is as well. I would highly recommend him, and if you ever walked in my bank office for a mortgage loan and didn't have a realtor, then David Kelly would be the first on my list to refer you too. He understands and knows a lot about the business and he willing to do his homework as well. So please keep Golden Vault in mind when it comes to your family and friends and purchasing a home!

This was our first time purchasing a home, and it was a great experience! The daunting task of finding a home you love and navigating through all of the banking lingo and paperwork can be very intimidating, but David made every step very rewarding and easy to understand. He was always eager to put our worries at ease and answer all of our questions regardless of how silly they may have seemed. I have used David Kelly twice as my realtor. Mr. Kelly went above what was expected of him both times. Mr. Kelly took pictures for me of items I wanted to sell and placed them on Craig's list for me. Mr. Kelly shopped, purchased and installed a stove for me. Mr. Kelly did price shopping for best prices on some repairs that I needed to get done prior to putting my residence for lease. Mr. Kelly always made me feel that he was happy to do anything that was needed.

We want to add to our review of Golden Vault. We bought our house 10 days ago, yet we wanted to replace the flooring before we moved in. David with Golden Vault still drove all the way out to Friendswood, picked up furniture from our mother's house and delivered it to our new home. Even though David had received his money 10 days ago, he still performed according to his word and was there with his 14' box moving truck when we needed him. Buying a house with David was great! Every time I had a question or concerns he was there for me. David did everything in his power to get us the best deal. He took all the hassles from buying a house. There was an issue about the foundation repair and the lifetime warranty, David went above and beyond and researched it out, found the number of the foundation repair company, made the calls, got the seller involved and took the necessary steps to get the warranty transferred into our name when we bought the house. If I had to buy a house again I would definitely go with David again. Thanks, for all your help David!

When I made the decision to make my real estate purchase, I called upon David Kelly, which I will never regret. David spent many hours going above and beyond what I expected an agent to do. He found information that I was unable to find, he fought to get errors corrected, as well as looking at the big picture to make sure I had the right ideas and intentions. David continually went above his obligations, at each property we visited, he took the time to make sure that I was able to view the houses and property. He would take the time to check for any problems, but also point out the positives. I am very impressed with his work ethic, and will gladly refer my friends to him.

My fiancée Pam contacted David; he supplied us with a list; a very detailed list. We chose an apt; then on the night we were to move in, Pam had to work late; I called David and even though it was raining he showed up with a 14' box truck and helped me moved. I am so impressed with the services of Golden Vault. They put actions behind their words!

I had gotten an inspirational poem on a postcard, read it, flipped it over and there was a ad about Golden Vault's moving truck. My fiancée and I were moving to Waco. U Haul had told me it would be over $500.00 to rent a truck with the mileage. I called David, told him about my lack of finances, just had a new baby, and he moved us to Waco for under $250.00; and he also helped unload the truck, moving us into a 2 bdrm apt. Thank You David.

We bought a couple of houses from David in August of last year; We came back and bought 4 more this time as rental property. We appreciate David looking out for us and making sure the numbers that we sign in our purchase contact are the numbers agreed to during the negotiation process. David fights for us as his clients with the sales associates who are there to represent the builder. We also appreciate how after closing, David orchestrated and oversaw getting garage door openers and 2” faux blinds installed at a price lower than the builder has quoted. And the quality and color of the 2” blinds were better than what the builder was offering anyway! David Kelly is a hard working real estate agent.

David is a volunteer firefighter out of my station so of course I utilize his services. We were planning on making numerous trips with a pickup truck before he offered us his 14’ box moving truck. I am very happy with my new apt and I even have a pool side view

August 31, 2009 - David was a blessing on our search for 2 investments properties, We did have a contract for 1 home and we were going to buy house at $104.00 a square foot; After David ran the numbers he helped us find 2 homes in the same neighborhood, and for at $78.00 a sq ft which was $26.00 savings per sq ft. He was able to get the earnest money transferred from the old contract to the new one, and we still were able to close on the same week we were going to. It all equaled over $36,000 total saving on intended purchase. We have more investment properties to get and GOLDEN VAULT is the ONLY Company I'll use.

Dec 19th, 08 - After, losing my home and Business due to Hurricane Ike, I was unable to locate an apt that would accept my FEMA assistance. I contacted David Kelly with little hope that he could locate something for me in the Kemah area where I lived before the storm. Within minutes of our initial conversation David called me with a Premium Apt. complex that more than met my expectations. He was so Kind, Motivated and understanding about my situation, that I knew I was working with the right person
As if His immediate attention and understanding of my sense of urgency was not enough. I purchased some furniture from the Galleria as everything I had was destroyed in 7 ft. of water. David also went above and beyond and drove from the Woodland's all the way to the Galleria area to pick up and deliver my furniture all the way in Kemah. I would call it WOW Service.

08/12/07 - I have been Busy working on the house to get it ready to move in, but I decided to take little time off this weekend and start again fresh on Monday, we should be moved in by the end of this week.
I have to tell you, it has been an experience working with you on purchasing this house, I counted on you for more than just a broker helping me get a loan, it was nothing for me to pick up the phone and call you at any time, ask you any thing, I felt very comfortable talking to you as if I had known you for years, yes for years, I felt you shared the same feelings. Although I only met you once face to face, I was very comfortable talking to you as if I was talking to my brother. 2005 - I was deeply touched with Golden Vault, in the midst of tying to close my loan, my husband was hospitalized and ended up passing away, Golden Vault not only helped me to find a notary to notarized will documents, a couple of their staff members including the president of the company even showed up at the funeral to pay their respects.

2004 - I have nothing but good to say about Golden Vault, I worked with a young lady on my loan, yet I was so impressed with Golden Vault, I had a tree on my roof from a storm which then the appraiser couldn't do the appraisal, David and someone else came out, climbed on to the roof of my 2-story house, and removed the tree from my roof and I was then able to close my loan.
